As a buyer from Central Washington who’d only been to the Coachella Valley 3 or 4 times, Cory’s knowledge of everything to do with the Valley was a true blessing. While in Washington waiting for my house to sell, I sent Cory listings that interested me and he took the time to go over the pros and cons of each one. He has an extensive knowledge of each community and neighborhood. He really took the time to listen and understand what I wanted in my new home.   What started out as a dream of purchasing real estate in California, quickly turned into a seemingly never-ending list of questions that could never have been answered if we hadn't been connected with Cory Alan.
