“What started out as a dream of purchasing real estate in California, quickly turned into a seemingly never-ending list of questions that could never have been answered if we hadn’t been connected with Cory Alan. Living in the Pacific Northwest, put us at a geographical disadvantage in terms of being able to just “drop” into the Palm Springs area to check things out. After doing our initial research on-line and taking one trip to the Coachella Valley to meet Cory, everything was smooth sailing after that. Our first impression of Cory was very positive. He explained the current trends in the real-estate market and helped us make decisions that we could never have made without his expertise. During our visit, Cory respected our time constraints and made himself available to personally show us listed properties to consider. Although the initial trip to California was very important, it was the service we received from Cory once we returned home that was so remarkable!
